You really think that ERHC is being forced by the JDA to not inform their own sharehokders about what has happened for the last 6 years. Do you have any proof of that?
It's not my job to keep shareholders informed on the happenings at ERHC. It is management's job. It shouldn't take people scouring the internet to get information, or calling the transfer agent to get share count, or emailing the JDA to determine who is still a partner, or contacting CEPSA to see if drilling is on schedule or examining foreign markets to see if secret companies are being formed and that is just a small sample of what we should know, but we don't. Do you really believe not knowing these things isn't hurting the share price?
