The executives of the oil terminal have clearly stated that neither the company or themselves or their buddies ever owned any shares in BAYP.

It has been posted in this room that their JV with BAYP coincided with the 195 million shares issued in Feb 2015. It has been posted in this room that this is not a coincidence, and therefore JFK or their buddies are now holding a piece of that 195 million shares ,which is now free trading stock, as of February 2016.

The JV company denies this. I have emailed to them, as you can as well. The TA should be available to confirm this. I do agree that BAYP should make available the names of anyone that got any of that 195 million shares issued last February.
