~After the "Reverse Split", Yes! -It's Not the O/S Count In the Billions Per Say, Its When the "MAJORITY" of that Count was Dumped in the "1's & 2's" of those Billions, It Makes it Muchhh More Difficult.

~On the First 8-K, O/S was Under 100m, FYI

This is what I have seen a multi-billion OS pink sheet stock do in the past (Before they did a reverse split with a name and AMEX listing).
