So Dukes made the IBC deal to give them a 75% discount off the lowest closing BID price and we should assume he won't be pulling the same crap here?
And now he's starting with a company that has no IP and $3 million in liabilities which going to pretty much guarantees toxic debt.

Maybe they'll only get a 70% discount to start.
