Not sure. Leftover shares?

I don't really know why CANV (CV Sciences) stock is down on what should be good news, but a few possibilities are:

1) Leftover stock from a conversion before the notes were paid

2) Another note that I haven't considered that wasn't part of this deal (not even sure another note exists).

3) Wiltshire received warrants for 2M shares of CANV at $0.20. Perhaps there is some kind of trading strategy involving those.

4) While the news about the notes was good, there was nothing in the PR about 4Q/15 revenues.

5) The screwed-up state of the stock market.
