It sure smells like shareholder abuse

is in the offing, but maybe u

see things differently? I defer to your knowledge

on what the special stock class really means,

and what the seemingly inevitable RS means,

if this 2nd hand knowledge of product proves true.

It could be amazing but we have every reason to

question the ethics of this management.

anyone can go to spacefoundation.org and type in nanobeak or nano mobile and see the announcement that nano joined in December of 15
call them and see what they tell you
Would the space foundation add a partner without verifying the truthfulness? I don't Know
Would he go so far to dupe them as well?? I just don't know
Did they use the convertible money to advance the product at all cost?? I don't know but even it they did the commons are screwed by destroying the share structure
