Just a thought, currently they are talking about replacing Flints water pipes. Don't know how much steel would be used versus plastic. Depending on just what they find in Flint there could be a national push to do the same. On a similar note, if oil prices ever bottom (some technicians see a double bottom in the charts) demand for steel from the oil sector should resume.
