Good work. They cannot conclude a deal until permission is granted I would assume.

It is likely in September IMO anyway.

I bet once the FCC approves, we will get a landslide of PRs on carriers.

If they are waiting for the FCC to approve TFN then we are golden. My understanding is that the cable/satellite provider is the one that has to request the FCC permission. They would only ask the FCC for approval if a deal has already been made.
