Was the Iowa Caucus Decided by Coin Flips?

Just the fact they flip coins to determine any precinct winners is totally ridiculous.

Give them a participation trophy instead.

it appears that Bernie Sanders won a sizable share of coin tosses as well, according to information provided on Tuesday by the state Democratic Party.

not to nit-pick, but it just makes me wonder what the information IS that they are reporting on... just vague stuff not attributed to anyone in particular is sloppy journalism, IMHO.
