I sure hope your comment is tongue and cheek. One CEO does not transfer his shares to another CEO. Share are simply not transferable for a whole host of reasons. Shares are cancelled and then re-issued. Should a CEO want to put the shares in a trust, etc the S8s etc need to be filed. I understand you want to justify the large number of shares traded along with the share price decrease but to suggest one ceo is transferring the shares to another CEO is just not reality.
The big questions are: 1) where did the shares come from 2) why were they disposed of in the open market - especially believing that a R/M is around the corner. Clearly someone in the know disposed of shares which does not bode well for those of us who believed a pay day was around the corner.
