So what was the time frame from application......

to the issuance of the permits, typically? SFRX announced the partnership with HTQ in Feb 2013 and said they were applying for a permit. The permit was finally issued in late July 2014.

Is that "typical" in your experience with FBAR? The reason I asked is FBAR has a bad name 'round these parts and I wondered if it's warranted.
