Agree with the sentiment but wouldn't 26 crude only put DWTI up 40% from current levels??

Not sure about 26. That's only slightly lower than the low. To be a bottom, I would expect it to be lower or to form a double bottom slightly higher than 27. That's whay my target is 28.80.
