Has Zale ever had a successful licensing agreement?

It seems the that Zale recently said in pitiful Zale piece that the company:

"This was a blessing for Zalemark and with virtually no capital and hundreds of hours of sweat equity, we set out to bring this to fruition."

How is it possible with all of the licensing PRs that Zalemark has "virtually no capital"?

That statement must be disheartening to shareholders who placed so much trust in Zale.
