I think if they do dump O'Neal its a move that needed to be made and it shows that they listen to shareholders. I'm sure Novak got tons of calls and emails over this and if they do terminate O'Neal it shows they listen. We will see how things pan out but not even I saw O'Neals hiring coming. Hopefully they fix it.
