LOL, ECPL is actually the cheapest OTC stock in terms of the ridiculous low MV --- measly $8,800 now! During my decade plus OTC stock investment career I've never seen a OTC stock which was ever trading at as low as $8K MV!

With the similar OS count (23,315,933 shares) the non-reporting OTC peer had already hit 0.039 which is 97.5-bagger Huge Investment Return from here (0.0004) or 16.25-bagger Huge Investment Return from the recent high 0.0024!
