Agree, but if a contractor gives me the choice between $ 80 and $ 120 and the $120 has little to no shut down.... I will pay it because the cost of lost business far out ways cost up front......
If I own a 500 bed Hospital it would cost me a fortune to move them, waiting for paint and fumes get to a safe level......Again, one heck of a selling point.
