Cause they are partnering the patents not the product itself. Do some research

Whats off.. they said they are going to partner with and reformulate the bigger companies existing products that already have brand recognition. Thwy also stated this deal with Industrial Finishes would not affect those deals. Or they will sell them the binder that may eventually eliminate Isocyanates altogether.
