They did a 1-600 reverse split last year at .0001 to reset the price to six cents.

That did not last long as the toxic shares were massively dumped into the reset share structure.

While i post just news, that was my first thought that a R/S is coming attached to a possible uplisting.

Why can"t the stock make the penny without the R/S, again ?

They are never short of news and updates, that is one thing i can say about this company, they are trying in comparison to other companies without news for years on end.
