Exactomundo... There are other savings in the surface preparation of the floor as it was explained to me by an installer. Because the product has better adhesion and in some cases you don;t need crack fillers or epoxy patching materials. = Time savings... union scale for a painter is upwards of 40$ an hour where I live and most of these large projects are union jobs.

Also there is the cost to the business that has to shut down ( some that produce a million plus a day)
HCTI has a product that has little to no shut down time.... That extra cost ( if there is any) worth every penny....
No brainer....... Imo
