Hop-On's indicted lawyers.

DTC Chill will not be removed

Hop-On is too concerned with the two lawyers Hop-On used that were indicted for some serious felonies.

Indicted lawyer Richard Weed was involved with Peter Michaels' Green Frog Fund, too. This was the entity that Peter Michaels used to take cash from Hop-On shares 4 cash dilution schemes and funnel it as loans to Peter Michaels private company (Green Frog Fund).

The feds might be a bit interested because these loans were very suspicious. These cash loans (close to $1 million) to the private company Peter Michaels controlled had no interest and no payback terms (like most cash kickback scams would have).
Since the Hop-On CEO has a felony money-laundering background, the feds and IRS may have even more reason to look at this arrangement.

We may now know why Peter Michaels did everything possible to make sure there was little/no cash in the bank. Apparently judgment resulted in a garnishment of Hop-on's bank account for a while. HOP-On couldn't keep much cash there, because it would be seized by the injured party.
