No, based on the most recent trading volumes! I think the majority of those 0.001 ~ 0.0016 buyers are still holding their shares very firmly. Otherwise we should see 0 x 0.0002 or even 0 x 0.0001 now! Anyway one impatient 0.0003 seller just moved all his/her shares to 0.0002 today based on the Level2 Info.! Which is good for the coming overdue huge bounce! EFLN can easily surge back to 0.0016 again based on the FIXED Tiny float available for trading below 0.0017 --- only about 100M shares!
