yes and no i guess you could say

he sold 33,511,927 each to Wallach and Postal in 2011,thats a total of 67,023,854..after that Howard was down to about 12m shares

at one time Howard Ullman had almost 300m share's,before the arrival of Wallach and McClinton

before that he did use 110m+ shares to pay off a loan..i've only included this one SEC link,but it was the biggest of the bunch..i think this one was the last or next to last he filed in connection with repaying the loan..the footnote explains what it was for
