JJPK - You are partially correct. This occurred when the POR was approved. It was a mistake (clerical or otherwise) that briefly included the CT's with the reg preferred and common shares (OBS). Within a few days, the CT's were reinstated as several holders questioned the action. The order to cancel trading and create the OBS did not include the CT's.

The CT's had been trading on the pinksheets from 2008 until 2012. When reinstated after the POR mistake, they traded on the grey sheets for over a year or so. The K's have since returned to trading on the grey sheets and have been for several months.
