Who are selling those dirt cheap shares at 0.0004 now? Why? Anyway ECPL can easily hit the multiple pennies again based on the FIXED Hyper Tiny OS and Hyper Low MV (measly $8K now)!

ECPL is up 33.33% today! It seems nobody wants to sell any shares at the All-Time Low 0.0002 or the 52-week low 0.0003. The weak hand's sales are dried out now! Hopefully some strong slapping actions will take out all the dirt cheap 0.0004s since the next ask is 80K-0.0007!

By the way who are selling the shares at such low price (0.0004)? Why?

Keep in mind, folks here: ECPL has measly 22M shares FIXED Hyper Tiny OS count! The current MV is just $8K which was never happened before! In another word, any investor who put down just $8K cash can buy out the Entire OS at the current ridiculous low price!

With the similar OS count the non-reporting OTC peer already hit 0.039 which is 97.5-bagger Huge Investment Return from here (0.0004)!

700K-0.0003 x 630K-0.0004 now. The next ask is 0.2504 from Hyper Thin asks of Level2! ECPL can easily hit the Multiple Pennies again with strong slapping actions since it has only 22M shares FIXED Hyper Tiny OS in which only A Few Millions shares Hyper Tiny float available for trading during the recent years (see the chart below)!

Even at $0.04 the MV is just $880K which is still low compared to its Huge Enterprise Value ($996.68M) or a standard CLEAN Shell Value ($1M or more)!

One non-reporting OTC peer (ENAB) has the larger OS count (23,315,933 shares) but already hit 0.039 without any news at all! To match the Same MV --- $909,321.39, ECPL (22,000,431 shares FIXED Hyper Tiny OS) will create a New 52-week high 0.041332 which is 103.33-bagger Huge Investment Return from the current ridiculous low price 0.0004!
