All part of the BUILD TO SUIT lease agreement that CGRW entered into with the property owner that will give them control of the property and the revenues derived from the property for the next 15 years. The buildout is not costing shareholders a dime



Build to suit, the land owner has paid for everything, CGRW has not paid out a dime and therefore no need for Diluting!

Dr. Janovec had his PHD in Botany and has spent the last 12 years is the jungle studying his craft, I do not know but I would guess that he will be bringing STATE OF THE ART MARIJUANA into the mix as well as designing the building systems to be at max growing potential, something that no one else in the marijuana growing industry has available to them. This will be the marijuana stock to own in 2016!
