If Mr Transparent(Kent) wanted investors to be able to know the outstanding share count he would have a proper transfer agent.
If Kent was "cleaning up this mess" as too many believers claim,
the first move should have been UNGAG the TA, or hire a proper TA.
That's a BS excuse, oh the mom and pop shop will only cough in your ear, forget about what you are investing in, just buy more...
Come on, a two year old could see through this scam!

Vakser intentionally uses this TA so the investor will remain CLUELESS!!!

The TA works for TDEY not the other way around. They won't release any SS info because they've been INSTRUCTED not to do so by Eddie Vakser.

They could make ONE PHONE CALL to their TA and ungag this share structure on Monday. Facts are they do NOT want to do so. BTW,NO COMPANY has a float of EXACTLY 4B shares or 3B or 300 million. That number is BOGUS.

When u call that # will they give u the info u asked for?? No I didn't think so....I noticed lots of buybacks and shares being retired recently on few OTC tickers with TAs' that won't give shareholders info...Good for a quick pop but that's about it$$$$:)

Just as expected, i did not see a single response stating something like: "On Monday i'm gonna call 505-828-2839 and..."

As i've said before, spending just 5 minutes on this board provides me with more comedy than watching an entire comedy movie.
