I have a lot of respect for you, and this post. I too was taken by Reid, I lost a enough that it hurt. I continued to believe off and on for about two years.

Truth be told, i hope someone finds him dead in a ditch. He's conman plain and simple.

Best of luck to you...

It was a travesty to shareholders for the stock to be suspended, but the secondary travesty to shareholders was the frauds of deception after the SEC Suspension.

Despite everwhelming evidence that the SEC only suspends a stock on 'questions about adequacy and accuracy' of information when they have incontrovertible evidence that Securities violations occurred the frauds of deception drowned out the substantiated posts of reason. KMAG had 24X7 defenders of the company and stock after the SEC Suspension, even from the CEO himself.

Example, I personally posted a link to thousands of SEC Suspensions where all readers could learn that there is close to ZERO chance of recovery for the stock. *** Three stocks were the exception as noted in the following link.

SEC Suspensions:

Most stock messages boards dried up like the Sahara Desert when investors realized the severity of the SEC Suspension on their stock, but KMAG has over 229,000 posts where 117,000 posts were written after the SEC Suspension, and where 95 % of the posts still defended the company and stock so that the Cult leaders and enablers could sell their shares to those who believed the outright lies of deception.

Post number 108,110: (by me)

As I wrote yesterday 7 billion people on earth could not and cannot contact the company when KMA Global vacated their place of business 5 weeks after the SEC Suspension. There was NO forwarding address and NO forwarding telephone numbers or internet contact websites but to this very day we still see "the phones are working".....the most outrageous insult to the many shareholders who were duped after the SEC Suspension.

Thousands of good people get caught in an SEC Suspension. The lesson is to recognize the severity of a Suspension and to not listen to messages that are completely false and unforgivably deceptive.

I am certain that KMAG has taught painful lessons about FRAUD before and after an SEC Suspension.
