That makes sense. Like I said, I'm not saying this is bad or good cause I have no idea. I just know what the TA agent has said. I have a few theories.
They can raise the OS without anybody knowing so the pps stays the same and increases the market cap instantly to almost 100 million dollars, which can give easy access to the nasdaq. All paperwork manipulation basically. The lntc ceo just stated he could do the same basic thing and get on the big boards almost overnight, but said he didn't want to jeapordize the shareholders value.
Another theory is like you said , they could use those shares as collateral to buy the aquisitions then buy the shares back.
Another theory is none of this works out and we just got diluted like nothing ever seen.
I sold my position Friday for a small loss because I don't trust any otc company, especially when they keep you in the dark while they put out nice prs. Basically smoke and mirrors.
If they put out something giving reasonable explanations then I can always buy back in. I'm small money so I can't necessarily leave all my money on a gamble. And yes all otc is a gamble, but in my opinion, after the TA call this was a bigger gamble than usual for me. I wish everyone here success and like I said, if it turns out to be all for the greater good of all parties I will reinvest. But until then I'm on the sidelines watching close. GLTY
