let me give you another source that shows what they were trying to say.

this is a minimum of direct $4 million worth of coatings that IF must buy from HCT, not what you are insinuating. Just by the tone of Mike Duncan, director of marketing for Industrial Finishes, it sounds like $4 million would be on the very very low end. You should give him a call.
