All I know is that when Richard Kamolvathin was the CEO of VRTY the company was clearly on a roll, with constant and frequent communication with shareholders, timely filing of all quarterly reports with the SEC, rapidly growing revenue, e.g. approximately $1.75 Million in revenue in the Q ending 6/30/2014 - the last quarter for which the company filed with the SEC, serious and real media exposure for VRTY in the New York Times and USA Today, and exposure with a "Tombstone" and published relationship with a reputable New York investment bank.

Since RK's exit, which ultimately appeared to be more of an ouster, everything has been a complete downward spiral for VRTY. Mr. Spader and Jim "Baby Face" White, the skin cream salesman from North Carolina who took over as CEO, did not accomplish a thing, IMO, and literally attempted to run VRTY into the ground. Mr. Sneller has not gotten anything off dead center either. There has not been a single SEC filing since RK's ouster and everything has been a complete disaster for shareholders.

IMO, Richard Kamolvathin's ouster was the worst thing that ever happened here.

But, what do I know. I am just a shareholder who had high hopes back in mid-2014, and am now sitting here waiting and hoping for someone....anyone to come back in here and get things back on track.
