i'd say about $8,250 if you want each certificate to represent 1 million shares....of course, if you want a certificate for every lot of 100 shares....well, that jacks the price right up over 82 million bucks....
That's based on 165,000,000,000 out there (remembering that Fan holds the other 185,000,000,000).....and, at $50 per thousand for two color work....i.e., about a nickel a copy....that should cover it....
Of course, there are mailing charges to consider....but, hey....who's counting....with Frank's spending, I'm sure he figured all this into the cost of doing business....hahahaha!!!
