Now, I want to let everyone know where I stand, how I got to this point and how I feel about those who try to surpress reality and the potential damage that can come from such behavoir!
When I first came to this stock I did say to myself this is no different than any other penny stock...However, I started communicating with LYJN on a regular basis and my perception began to change. Instead of not talking and just doing the typical PR HYPE then dilute, I was being talk to and even had calls returned to my home!!! I was told many times that LYJN would not use a bunch of "STOCK PIMPIN" "Independent Price Targets" to influence the PPS...I quote Mr. Braxton "...I do not like the use of these type of tactics...Because what ends up happening is you piss off the shareholders and you create a bad taste in the investment community and then no one will want to buy our stock! Lyric Jeans will sell jeans and that alone will sell stock and keep investors happy"
Nice, I loved that! I trusted what he was saying at the time because I had no reason not to...And yes, the fact that they were going out of the way to talk to me was by far different...Times have changed and my trust in this company has too!
Now about this E-store HYPE...And yes, right now it is HYPE!
Here is why:
Everyone, including myself at one point in time, is looking to the opening of the e-store as some kind of "cure all" for the disease of deception being used by this company's management...
Plus, putting all the shady tricks and misleading "Independent Price Targets" aside, what does the opening of the e-store actually do for the "Intrinsic Value" of the company in August?
NOTHING!!
So, in reality what does the e-store do for the value of the company's stock?
Probably NOTHING, because every other positive pop has been met with LYJN selling into the rise making them money and causing us to lose while keeping us in the dark. With no capital structure and the absence of any direct communication with the management no one can say when the diluting will stop! Do some DD on all the "Sub Penny" companies out there...Not all of them got that way from stock splits!
Yes, the opening of the e-store could create the perception that the management is moving this company forward. Yes,it could attract more investors to the stock. AH HA!! Attract investors to the stock, like "Independent Price Targets" and glamorous PR's, only to have the company sell more shares into the market!
We know LYJN does not what to release the FULL CAPITAL STRUCTURE, but why? This is why, so, we the shareholders do not know it is coming and LYJN can sell their shares at prices they create with PR's "Independent Price Targets" and just plain HYPE!
Now, having said that, and knowing what tells the true value of a company and thus the company's stock...It is the money the company is bringing in from the sell of their products, not continued selling of more shares of stock. And over time how the management manages this money in growing the company at the same time keeping the shareholders informed through other means than PR's and "Independent Price Targets"...This all plays into the "VALUE" of a company's stock!
Furthermore, once the e-store is open, LYJN will have to "sell" jeans but how will we know the true sales numbers?
Will we still be calling Mr. Braxton and waiting for him to get the numbers together or find a medium in which all shareholders get equal access to the information at the same time?
We will have to trust the same people who have been hiding things from us and using deceptive tactics to lure other investors in so that the company can make money off selling more stock?
I defended LYJN when people were just bashing it back a month or two ago when there was nothing deceptive actually happening...People were claiming it was a shell company and that LYJN was selling shares, but the PPS was down one penny over 45 days, with very light volume...It was clear then nothing of the sort was going on! Very few people knew about LYJN at the time. Then what Mr. Braxton told me would not be done started happening even as I was told it would not!
Now, call me all the names in the world but it will not make me even think of not telling others to first take into consideration what I and others have been going through dealing with this company's management prior to trusting them with your money!
To tell me to shut up and go away is the same as saying you agree with hiding valuable information from the shareholders for the sole purpose of making money through deception!
There is no other way around it, if you call me and the other who are trying to alert others to some HUGE RED FLAGS "BASHERS" and other nasty names then you are promoting the deceptive tactics being used and are actually helping the company trick others into making a poor decision at this point in time!
The potential damage from this type of "Reckless Pumping" and "BLIND DEFENDING" behavior far exceeds any damage that a "TRUE" basher could do! I will challenge any and all who practice this sick and reckless style of trying to keep the truth suppressed! I am sick and tired of it!
I really wish this were not the case, I really wish that the events and my request for information that I was flat out told I would get, and all the other issues talked about in all my conversations with Mr. Braxton would have turned out to be true!
However, if you expect me to shut up and be quiet so that more and more people get mislead your not going to be happy. I can prove all that I am saying, Everyone who has been talking to LYJN knows we the shareholders are not getting the whole true story,,,So, when I get told one thing by Mr. Braxton and then watch what is actually taking place fly in the face of what I was told, it bothers me...I plan to continue posting my opinion and backing that opinion with the reality that we all see taking place...
MB are for the exchange of information, good and bad, everything I post is what I am actually hearing and seeing and I do not plan to act like there are no problems when there are!
Should things change I will be the first to post that I am seeing positive change but until then the ball is in LYJN's hands to do what is right and positive for the future of the company and the shareholders investment in this company!
