I have nothing to do with HempTech or Infrax

One would think the CEO of FUTL would have quite a bit to do with Hemptech since it's (and Infrax's) tech was heavily touted from the beginning as the cornerstone of the contracts Futureland now holds?

The Company (through separate agreements with HempTech and CB Scientific) will provide greenhouse, processing equipment, Spider Security Technology, SmartSense, SmartNergy™, CaNNaLyTiX™, and growing/laboratory equipment located on the Property provided by HempTech Corp and CB Scientific. HempTech Corp., a FutureWorld Corp. subsidiary, will supply Spider Security Technology, SmartSense, SmartNergy and CaNNaLyTiX. CB Scientific, a FutureWorld Corp. subsidiary, will supply all testing and laboratory equipment to the Grow.

FINALLY! The sad realities have been confirmed. "Ask Talari"----That's funny!!!

There is so much BS and baffle em with bullshit going on and Talari is still at the centre of all obfuscation.

I'll let the regulatory entities ask Saeed the questions if and when they act upon all the information that has been shared with them.

Many hope it's much sooner than a Talari "soon".

The walls of years of deceit are crumbling down for all to see!

And Talari and Verghese are on to their next share selling effort.

Truly a stinky pinky for the history books.

The issue is that a lot of hype was made about the agreement being a done deal. Yet not a whimper that it was all just BS.

But that is what you guys are good at....right? Hyping BS that is really nothing but BS. All you sell is BS tied in a pretty bow.

And why do you post here instead of your own FUTL board? You are just Talari's little mouthpiece.

Another question for you as the CEO;

HempTech is rapidly accelerating its development and closed its second distributor. We will be announcing major development in the next few days on our grow.droid platform.

How is GrowDroid even possible? On the FB website, all its related, necessary oversight methods and control systems are said to be based on Infrax/Hemptech technology. Even your diagram shows all the related Infrax hardware/software.

https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xtp1/v/t1.0-9/fr/cp0/e15/q65/12552963_1016694965057518_994931839052703412_n.jpg?efg=eyJpIjoidCJ9&oh=aae9af4fb0308d6d33beae0b8cf99b91&oe=572A3F98

This is from the FWDG FB site, not Hemptech and not Infrax.

Who is the supplier of that tech that is said to be used in the "droid".

How would you, a CEO of a publicly traded company not know these things.

Or is it just more "brain dumping"?

Again, tell us how HEMPTECH does not rely on INFRAX tech?

the whole deal with infrax and Hemptech was unwound, as you all know, so the "agreement" is irrelevant at this point. That is what I was told. So, I ask. What is the current issue regarding an "agreement" that is largely irrelevant right now? My assumptions are that since HempTech is in business today and Infrax seems to be defunct, HempTech must not be relying on Infrax technology at this point.

CURRENT FILING:

HempTech Corp:

HempTech Corp has several products available specifically geared to helping cultivators of industrial hemp and medical cannabis maximum yields while helping to control costs. CaNNaLyTiX™ , SPIDer™, SmartSense™ ,Smart.NRG™ , and CaNNaTRAK™.

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=70600332&symbol=FWDG

SPIDer (Secure Perimeter Intrusion Detection)
Infrax Systems introduces the SPIDer (Secure Perimeter Intrusion Detection Network) system to meet the needs of theft and malicious attacks.

http://infraxinc.com/products/security/spider/

You know...the tech that is supposed to be licensed through this elusive agreement that is no where in the current filing?

On December 23, 2014, the Company (Licensor) announces the completion of its first largest development and implementation contract for its secure line of communication, energy and sensor products with FutureWorld Corp and its subsidiaries (Licensee). In consideration for the development of the current and future Products, the Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a one-time development fee of $2M, all in cash or a combination of cash and shares of common stock. The current developed products alongside with its IP, according to the agreement, exclusive to FutureWorld Corp and its subsidiaries, includes; CaNNaLyTiX™ , SPIDer™, SmartSense™ ,Smart.NRG™

If the "agreement" is irrelevant, why is Hemptech still touting technology that isn't theirs to use?
