Remember the "C" Warrants don't expire until March 2018 so they won't necessarily be exercised right away and so they'd still need the shelf offering for new financing.
Something to think about with the weekend coming up. We are bouncing close to the 200 day moving average. Does it go thru or pull back to low 80's next week?
