#14090 RE: ProfitsSeeker #14087

PP's are at 50 cents a share!

From all appearances...here's the simple math:

The DA filing shows $2,296,000 raised: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10945605

The 10K filing shows 'common stock issued for cash' on page 19 of 1,147,500 shares

$2,296,000 x .50c = 1,148,000

Coincidence? I don't think so.

In other words, at a time when the stock was trading around $2.50 the company was raising funds at an 80% discount to market - for 50 cents!

What does that tell you about the level of certainty investors have in the potential? If you REALLY have something worth billions, why do you need to discount it by 80% from what the public markets are valuing it at, esp when at the time the outstanding shares are worth less than $10 million?

The continued absence of company explanations, 50 cents fund raising, and upping the CEO shares by a factor of 20 tells me a lot.

I feel like common shareholders have truly been trashed here. The level of disrespect for the common shareholder is outrageous IMO.

If you feel differently and have a reason other than 'I believe them' please do share. I'd be happy to be shown how the company values and respects the common shareholder who isn't giving them direct financing, but still provides a framework for the company to continue to exist through share ownership.
