To me its a failed collaboration with some spin added to it. No mention of what progress was made on the vaccine, all we get is the rights back which might be worth nothing.
The next deadline coming up is the Texas Biomed HIV study which was supposed to end in late 2015. It would have been nice to have gotten an update over a two year period. I would think if it was going as well as the China study some leak would have come out by now. (with increase in stock price or just news)
The stock shows best what is happening. I still look at this as a long shot but with about 1/3 less of a chance now.
