My assumption would be to keep ORT/TDEY shareholders constantly informed of progress on at least a weekly basis - great communication protocol if you ask me.

I would think he'd use a PR service for a significant business contract, O/S reductions, merger/buyout, or any other significant business development so as not to be creating the impression of "fluff" PR's.
