The only thing that doesn't add up is this quote from the PR:

The URM acquisition will provide a convenient collection point for recyclable materials, in addition to warehouse facilities, which when combined, gives Greenparts a tremendous logistical and operational boost."

Halfway around the world is convenient?

I think we need a PR or even just an informal email that clarifies who this potential acquisition is.
