The deal is about MVNO! You cannot say it is not or that it is in your opinion. It is about MNVO! iTalk has a well established network that UMS can benefit from! UMS will be able to provide their customers with there own network and they won't have to pay roaming fees! Please do not tell me that I am the only one connecting the dots here... Not that I do not believe I am a smart person, but how can I be the only one seeing this??
