I can answer that question.

In the filing on December 31st it says, "In connection with the Credit Facility, the Company granted the lender a first priority security interest in all of the Company's assets."

The bottom will be NO BID.

I know that a lot of CORPORATE EYES are watching ACTL very closely these days and ACTL would obviously make a very wise type of investment for a number of much larger companies.
