Maybe I'm stretching too far? Isn't the Black-Scholes calculation attached to the PPS in effect a non-dilution clause? More shares as the price declined? At least prior to the separation?

I have a feeling that this gets really bloody tomorrow. 75-80% downside from here going into the weekend. Not to worry! That 1-70 split will make it all better! Haha I just crack me up!

I just read the pr. You're right, see like something has pass, but I don't think it is the r/s, I hope I'am not reading the a/s, because that is the last thing the shareholders need to do if have more share dump into the market alone with their few shares they will have after the r/s. Long terms are definitely wipe out if the r/s passed.

We definitely don't need to be putting 5 billion more shares into the company's hands so they can cash them all in on us. If they don't get any more authorized shares (a/s) this pps can skyrocket. The shares will be exchange between the shareholder and buyers with no company adding to the pot. If we are going to say no to anything definitely say no to authorized shares (a/s).

I can't believe the shareholders voted to take shares from their own hands. To give away their shares 70 of their shares for 1 share. If you have 7000 shares you get only 100 shares.(7000/70=100) equal to 100 shares, A vote for no reverse keep 7000 share, a vote for no authorized share increase equal to no extra share float. Float stays low = every time VPCO goes up a dime thats 700 dollars more in one pocket instead of 10 dollar.
