Let's play with the numbers and some what ifs. The RS of 10mm current OS is pathetic and honestly just a joke after they just did RS 6 months ago at 1 for 5! 10mm OS at 1-70 is 143k. Now for the what if. The units had(key word being had)non dilution clause. Now that they have been released are those non-diluted shares subject to the RS? The day the RS is put into effect it applies to all available shares right? 2.5bb at 1-70 is about 36mm! Oh what a tangled web we weave! I do find it bizarre and rather unbelievable that there would be a yes vote for the RS and a no vote for the AS increase. I demand a recount! LOL!
