Zo isn't afraid of jail. Nor is Adi........
Securities fraud seldom leads to jail time, which is why these guys choose this line of (ahem) work. The risks are far outweighed by the potential reward.

That said, Alonzo Pierce ISBG/DKTS isn't going anywhere. Sonfield won't let him. You can't negotiate "forgiveness of fraud", and any lender that attempted to do so has an attorney who's an idiot. But I'm sure Sonfield advised Pierce to stall and kick the can down the road.
But the lenders have shown no leadership here. They are looking out for themselves, not the corporation. There are ways to handle this legally in NV and remove Alonzo. If Alonzo did something wrong, which we all know he did, lenders have legal standing and this could have been done months ago.
Instead they are choosing a path that will lead no where. When people do wrong, they should be given a chance to make amends, imo. Pierce has had his chance. He's a sick individual that needs help. Reporting him to the authorities would actually be an act of kindness, though I'm sure he wouldn't see it that way. He's listening to the wrong people that care nothing about him.....including Sonfield.
BTW.....hope you're doing well. Good to see you back.
