If they release no PR's and gag the T/A then this stock would be trading in trips. They are keeping things moving for now. The patient will be the ones who make the money.
I agree that they should let everyone know that there are preliminary agreements that may be close to coming to fruition but they should leave it a bit more open ended than 30 or 90 days because that almost never works out. I understand though that they have shareholders that won't be happy with that. Fine line I guess. Not surprising to me that nothing is a done deal yet and I'm not worried about it either.
