Banro 'caught' in middle of wanting to do business, and yet abiding by local community leader and DRC gov't decisions. And local community leaders don't confer with citizenry, so then citizenry complain directly to Banro as it is most evidently prevalent, and effectively reason for the upheaval in the community regarding those displaced, and those with livelihood and lifestyle changed. And if people don't get 100% of what they expect when promises and commitments are made, they are not content and hold Banro accountable. In fact community leadership should be addressed and also stand-up as visually and audibly present as intermediary.
