integral .. I understand your concern and u have your opinion but as a whole, Terry Johnson will not affect this merger .. until those questions u just asked are answered, it is purely speculation concerning TALK; could care less about his dealings with other companies .. I'll choose to focus on moving fwd with whats happening Now, since we relieved him of his duties when notified by the SEC .. why wasn't it done earlier u ask? with questions that may never be answered comes assumptions and speculation .. New auditors for months now, tens of millions in revs soon to be reported on consolidated statements .. no doubt in my mind TALK/UMS will be huge and that is my opinion ..

You should read the long laundry list of violations on his litigation by the SEC, Terry Johnson never knew how to engage and conduct an audit.


Terry was relieved of his duty by the company last October per 8-K. Looks like he misrepresent himself to TALK and other companies. New auditors is taking the time to ensure its done in accordance to the law/requirement for SEC filing.

From our understanding and feedback from the company, this should be done sometime next month. Maybe next week even.
