I should say 25 million bond waived on wells . It cost a lot of money to cap theses wells . When company's go belly up because of the price of gas the state gets stuck capping these wells. With our Igor tech we can produce gas 80% cheaper

IMO, there is huge money backing this. Also, the patent is 'proprietary'.
