No pump and dump here in my opinion.
Shares have been reduced, reverse split cancelled and business news expected.

Think there has just been an overhang in the market from previous debt conversions and shareholders were caught off guard by a zero bid... add to that people who bought thinking it would be a 1 day flip and when it did "pop" they became sellers

More positive news is needed..
