I think there were multiple factors for the KALO share price to fall to the $.0001 level. Years of work with NO revenues to date, convertible debt, and retail investors just giving up. But, I think it is quickly approaching time for something to happen and with the 14C filing this past October and the fact the top management of KALO appears to be staying put, I personally believe things are moving forward and KALO shareholders will be ultimately delighted with what transpires. Could be an AWESOME buy opportunity at current price levels!
