Just pick a side and join the club. What are your thoughts on this company and stock? My main concerns here are the yearly reverse splits and huge dilution. Company's like this on the pinks sell your shares to anyone and everyone to raise cash and ruin share value. My advice is if you have shares then hold and wait to see what happens moving forward. You cant just easily trust people here in otc. Bec its a shark infested market.they will eat anything that moves.no one can protect your investment but you.if you have 50 mil shsres, post 1/100 rs makes your share to 500,000. Dont expect pps will go up post rs.this will take time even if wirh good news, consulting firm and multiflavors. Look at hansen and now monster bev.they were only trading below 3dlr in the 90's with diffirent lines of product before the introduction of monster in 2002 and after that it was slowly climbing up and now $144/s. Main point is,tbev is just starting up and will have lots of challenges and a rocky and rough roads ahead and with a possibilty of another rs in the future(1/10-50).so if you have 500thous share post 1/100, then another 1/10 in the future. Then, how much shares will be left for you?
They have good product but with bad managemnet.imo
Scoop from the buttom post rs and will get loads of shares.

Pennies beer guy.

The current news was as usual fluff only like most of the PRs from TBEV have been.
Use common sense and really read them ...they contain ambiguity and words that lead to nothing concrete.Clearly they have a contact with the company and have retained them only .You can retain any company it means nothing unless you follow through and TBEv cannot .They have no money or shares left and spent over 5 million to ultimately produce 5000 cases at a cost of $29k and $50k for Allen flavors.Facts speak volumes.they have kicked the proverbial can down the road for 3 years now spent millions on what.??? Read the filings True DD and see the compensation and where the money went not to further the company but the owners pocket books .It is all there and no spin can change that .
BTW this loan they talk about will not help them very much considering the structure of it .They will need a massive increase in shares after and probably another Rs if the current one is actually approved
It is buyer beware .see post # 92674 reasons for true DD .
